MOQ varies by product category. For standard supermarket shelves and warehouse racking, the minimum order is typically one full set or a small container load. For custom OEM/ODM projects, we evaluate MOQ case by case based on tooling and production costs. Standard production lead times range from 15 to 30 working days depending on product complexity and order volume. For large-scale or fully custom projects, lead times are communicated during the quotation stage. Shipping time varies by destination: sea freight to Europe typically takes 25–35 days, while Southeast Asia and the Middle East are generally 10–18 days. We work with reliable freight partners to ensure on-time delivery.

We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP trade terms and can assist with export documentation, customs clearance coordination, and third-party inspection arrangements. Absolutely. We support fully custom dimensions, load capacities, and surface treatments including powder coating, chrome plating, galvanizing, and custom color matching (RAL or Pantone). Custom configurations such as adjustable shelf heights, branded end panels, integrated signage rails, and pegboard inserts can all be arranged. Please share your technical drawings or reference images and we will provide a tailored proposal.
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and Western Union for international orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation with the balance payable before shipment. For long-term partners, flexible payment arrangements may be discussed. We support FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF, CNF, and DDP Incoterms to suit your logistics preferences.
